This product description defines a range of standard PC desktop and server system installation services

    More specifically, installation services include

         New PC Desktop / Server System installation: availability, installation and conformity testing
            along with software configuration and licensing.

         PC hardware and software add-ons or upgrades on existing PC desktop systems: adding new
            components and reconfiguring when necessary.

         Transfer of PC hardware and software to another location: Coordination of such move, from 
            de-installation,transport and re-installation (including re-configuration) on the new architecture.

         Transfer of PC software from one PC desktop system to another: transfer of legacy software systems 
            from amachine to another. In addition, under certain circumstances some hardware elements may also 
            be transferred.

         Removal and disposal of PC hardware or software: Includes data storage devises securely erased 
            or destroyed, removal of redundant equipment which will be sent for recycling.
